Team coaching is about empowering the team to manage its own dialogue, identify and address its challenges, and generate deep learning in order to enhance its capability and performance.
Much of the growing interest in team coaching has come from a realisation of the limits of what can be achieved through individual coaching and leadership development, which tends to help create strong individual managers or leaders, but poorly functioning teams. Team coaching helps to coach the connections between individuals, teams and stakeholders, resulting in sustainable change and higher performance.
